How can I cancel a app for 7 day free trial ?

If the 7-day free trial subscription was initiated through Apple, then you should be able to cancel it in the Settings app on your iPhone. From Settings, tap on your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel, then tap Cancel Free Trial.

Keep in mind that if you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access to the subscription immediately. Also, if you don’t see "Cancel," the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. Lastly, make sure to cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends to prevent being charged.

If you don't see the subscription by taking those steps, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that was used to start the free trial. Also, check to see if the subscription is billed through the app itself, and not through Apple. These steps explain this in more detail:
