Since recently fixing my magic keyboard/facebook screen lock up on my iPad with the generous help found on the forum, I have blue boxes that will appear randomly anywhere i touch on the iPad. These are random, and yes I have voice over turned off. Any ideas?

It does sound like an accessibility setting. Try going to Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control and if Switch Control is enabled, turn it off. If it’s not enabled, try turning it on, then off again. See Use Switch Control to navigate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch for details.
