How to recall a sent email on Outlook for Mac

Hello,

Please can someone tell me how to recall a sent email on Outlook for Mac please? I did a search online and the instructions given were to go to 'Message' tab, 'Move' and 'Actions.' There is no Actions offer under 'Move.'

Please can someone help?

Sent is sent no matter what email client you're using. There's no option to take it back.
