Screen Issue using Black light setting

Is there any Iphone 12 pro max or IOS 14 above user experience the same with me in black light setting? That there is a red vision/color transition on the outer part of the gray menu or button while scrolling using the black light setting/background.

I see the fine black line when using low brightness When using low brightness, I find that there is a fine black line on my iphone screen but not very noticeable if using high brightness. Why? It is normal?
