Cannot Update / Upgrade Software Iphone SE-2020

I cannot update my Iphone SE-2020 software no matter what I try. Problems exist with both update to 14.8 and upgrade to 15.1. I've reset my network settings on my iPhone. I have attempted to update through my Mac. I've used a brand new Lightning to USB-C Cable. My Macbook is MacBook Air (M1, 2020) and I'm running Monterey. I am providing two error images from both Mac and Iphone.
