Since I’ve updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 15, my calendar is a bit weird.
When I open it, the blocked time slots are there, but the meeting names are all wrong.
I have to quit the App and open it again. So far, that makes the calendar immediate up to date.
It does not help if I try to refresh the calendar.
I use iCloud and Exchange calendars.

It's not a problem of synching exactly. It's a more of a matter of displaying the information.
Suppose i have the following meetings the following days:
What happens is when I wake up on Tuesday morning and I look at my Calendar, I see this:
So, I see the correct time slots for Tuesday (8am and 9am), but the meeting names show the ones from the previous day, Monday (Accountant and Supplier, instead of Marketing and Finance).
If I close the Calendar App (swipe up), and open it again, everything goes back to normal.
