No, while I clicked the link, it linked to open my Safari and then not thing happened. I guess it is a test email for confirm my email has an active user or to figure out whether this email or ID has an owner I think?

I got this same scam on November 7. It went into junk so I did not see it until November 11. At first I thought it was real, the link just took me to a blank google search page. I asked my daughter and she knew nothing about the game mentioned in the receipt. Then I finally clued in that it might be a scam. I checked my credit card and sure enough there was no such charge. Then I noticed the broken English and spelling errors at the bottom of the email. Then of course was the sender, which said "Service" which should have been my first clue. I think they catch people by surprise. We see "receipt" and our minds go into panic mode thinking, wait, I didn't buy that!

What if we did start responding but didn't fully complete the survey? Would they somehow be able to save the answers we did submit? Stupid of me to reply, I know, but I was on my phone and really freaked out.

I got one as well, it popped up when I was searching my email for Amazon emails, but I’ve never seen anything from Apple come from a sender called Service.

I just received this too for an in app $29 purchase!

How to fix it if I already click the "report issue" button? Does it transfer the important information to the spy or does it setup a spyware inside my phone?

Did you provide your personal information? username, password, email, credit card? If not, you're good.

Possibly, sure. Clear your browsing history (Settings > Safari). Hopefully you didn't provide any sensitive information. You may also want to reset your Apple ID password (appleid.apple.com)

Thanks for the suggestion. I reset my Apple ID password immediately. I did provide some sensitive information, which is why I'm panicking a little.
