Are there other devices successfully connected to this same Wi-Fi? (Is it possible that the Wi-Fi router has just failed?)

But if you’ve already gone through the whole list of suggestions from Apple, check with BT and see about getting this router replaced.

There is some info on locating device faults listed for a few of the hubs listed there, too.

That WPS is even still in use for a few of those hubs looks sketchy; that’s very old and broken. It’s also interesting that BT included a QR code for accessing support, but not a QR code for registering the SSID and password.

But in any case, check with BT.
