My apple I/phone will not recognise my home wifi and refuses to connect to it. I have put in my BT password dozens of times but it says 'incorrect password' even though it's the one I was given by BT (on a small plastic card) - the only one I have ever been given which worked perfectly until a week ago.
I have done all the seven steps recommended by the online Apple Help page but still no co-operation from my phone. Phone and router have been turned off and back again on twice with no effect. I have done the Reset Network Settings on the phone which doesn't work either. I have enlisted the help of other family members who have also been unable to solve the problem although they are 30 years younger than me and more techno savvy. I have run out of options.
