Time Machine Error

I've updated my OS to Monterey and now I'm getting this message when I try to back up using Time Machine. Has anybody else had this issue, if so how did you resolve it?

Two of the disks to back up have the same name. Rename one of the disks named “Macintosh HD”.

However, that's not the case here - relatively new iMac which has been updating using Software Update & had no manual updates at all. Time Machine error. Two of the disks to back up have the same name I am getting this error. Two of the disks to back up have the same name. Rename one of the disks named “Macintosh HD - Data”. But I do not have two disks with the same name. I just bought a new iMac and I am using Big Sur. My old one had been using High Sierra, and I migrated the data. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Did you make some changes here to accommodate the error message...(?)
