Not getting the full year of Apple TV with Apple TV 4K purchase
We just purchased Apple TV 4 K and when we hooked it up it said we will have Apple TV for one year. However, we had it a month only.

The duration of the offered Apple TV+ trial period has been reduced since July 1st, 2021. New Apple TV+ subscribers should now be eligible for a 3 months offer. The regular Apple TV+ trial period is 7 days.
The trial for Apple One is 1 month, which is a different subscription (bundle). The Apple TV+ 3 months offer cannot be combined with Apple One: The Apple One trial excludes subscription products that you have already tried.
Redeem the offer on your new eligible Apple device, not on a different device.
