Help please ID Password

Help please I’ve taken over my daughter watch which she can’t remember the ID password so is still connected to her old phone which she as updated to I’ve been in touch with Apple support who asked for serial number model number proof of purchase IMEI number which I’ve supplied Apple say it’s not enough information when I’ve checked online I can see it’s still link on find my phone but as I’ve said earlier we haven’t got the phone to disconnect any help greatly appreciated thanks

If it has an activation lock set on it and you don't know the information to remvoe it and cannot convince Apple to remove it then there's nothing you can do.

I don't know. I have never needed the service. All I know is what it says in the service sign-in page. Note that proof of purchase likely has to be from an Apple authorized retailer.

Have you any idea what else I could send to Apple other than what I’ve sent already proof of purchase date model IMEI number order number screenshot of payment still going out my account every month Thanks

I’ve checked and double checked I’ve been sending all the information that was asked I’ve counted back and forth 23 emails to Apple I’m at a lost as what I can do next as I’ve still got till July 2022 to pay on the watch Apple security is brilliant unless you forget the passwords thanks for your help

Tried all options still not erase data when I’ve checked online the watch is still connected to the old phone with find my phone which we don’t have anymore as we upgraded any help welcomed
