You need to turn on Find My Mac on the Mac itself, it cannot be done from the iPhone. The Mac must be using the same Apple ID as the iPhone for it to show up in the iPhone's Find My app.


System Preferences->iCloud / Apple ID[->iCloud]->Find My->Turn on.
