Connect your phone to your Mac, open Finder, tap on the iPhone in the sidebar. When the Summary screen displays tap on the model name (below the phone name).

It’s listed under Locations in the sidebar. If the sidebar isn’t showing go to the Finder menu in the app, Preferences, Sidebar and make sure all entries are checked.
