Password and security code reset

I haven't used Apple ID for a few years. I reset my password and trying to answer the security questions that are saved. Since I didn't save that info, I am not matching the answers exactly as I put them in. I did follow the information to reset the security questions and I am still getting the same results. Still not matching the answers that I gave more than a few years ago. I also, don't have the number that the system wants to send the security code to.

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
