Account has been locked
My account has been locked and even though I have changed my email address, Apple still sends the directions for unlocking the device. I have been retired five years and that account is dead.
I also tried the security questions. I am asked for my birthday. I type in my birthday and I am told that it is wrong. I know when my birthday is!
I need my phone account unlocked.
