You device, iPhone 11 Pro Max, is genuine. Your iPhone is unable to determine whether the display (Screen) is genuine or not. Did you just buy this iPhone 11 Pro Max or did you have any repairs done recently on it? Perhaps the previous owner repaired the display and replaced it with a third - party display.

You will continue to see that notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings > General > About
