Mail from just one contact is going to the junk mail folder. I cannot figure out why. This just began a few weeks ago. I have made no changes in the contact. No changes to email settings.

Have you marked it as not junk when you pull it back to the inbox? Is it possible that it could be unusual subject lines, such as forwarded emails? While the mail app can identify some, it could be getting identified as junk at your server side. Check to see if you have any rules set at the server by logging into your web access of the mail account and checking there. If it is going straight to junk, it is doing it at the server side. You can ask your email provider for help.
