My macbook air wont let me log into my apple id, facetime or messages. I changed my apple id on my phone and it works fine but not on my mac. Also on my phone is says i'm logged into my mac with my apple id but its not actually logged in when i go into my computer.

Create a New User:
Start by creating a new administrator user. See if you can then log in.
Verify the Device:
Verify that the device is assigned to your account. Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
