I am using iphone 6 plus . Can i update to ios 13

If iPhone 6 plus can’t update past iOS 12.5.5., then why is some of the app requesting for and upgrade before I can download a app I needed, and I wasn’t a new app like Google Doc app, Google Drive and even a common Twitter is also requesting for 13.0 or later in other for me too download them.... not only requesting for 13.0 or later but some apps also requesting for 15.0 or later

Because the provider of the app decided they did not want to support iOS 12 anymore, and app providers don’t know the model of your phone; that is private information.

How can I resolve that

Buy a phone that can run a later version of the app, or ask the app developer to support your 7+ year old phone.

It is not technologically possible for your 8 year old hardware to run a newer version. Just like you can’t run Windows 10 on a 1984 IBM PC/XT.
