It’s dumb that when I need to reset my security questions it ask me to answer a question I wouldn’t be trying to reset it if I knew them

if I don’t know my security questions why are you asking me to answer one if I’m trying to reset them for a reason

If you see the message "not sufficient information" see if at this stage you can still sign up for Two Factor Authentication:

If you cannot resolve the issue by signing up for Two Factor Authentication, "Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security"; click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204169
