Stuttering animations since iOS14.8

Could someone help me with the following problem:

I think since iOS14.8 (but this could be coincidence), my XsMax often stutters when swiping from one homescreen to another and when closing an app (swipe from bottom to top), this app often doesn't go fluently to his place.

50% it goes well, 50% stuttering.

After force closing all the open apps, the behavior is a little bit less, but still exists.

Battery capacity is 89%.

3 years old phone.

Running on iOS 15.1.

While on iOS 15.0.1, I did a DFU restore and reinstalled all the apps manually, but this gave no solution

Is this a software issue in the last 3 iOS versions, or what could happen?

Gert,

It appears you're noticing an issue with animations on your iPhone since iOS 14.8 and even now on iOS 15.1. Do you have Reduce Motion enabled? This article has more details about that: Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support If it is enabled, you could try disabling to see if that helps.

It sounds like when you restored your iPhone XS Max, you restored it as new (didn't restore a backup) and then installed apps manually, is that correct? We want to make sure we fully understand the step you've taken.

Reduce motion is/was currently disabled. For trying, I enabled it. In that case there's no stuttering possible, because the "flying back to their place" function is disabled with the "Reduce Motion" option.

When Reduce Motion is enabled, I still suffer the stuttering issue when swiping from one app screen to another (not always, but very often).

Reduce screen motion is back enabled now.

Just like you said: it's indeed restored as new (even with a DFU restore) and every app is installed manually.
