iPad apps not being updated

I have an app which host outside of App Store (using Azure).

Recently when come to the app update, the downloading wheel did appears and completed. However, when launch the app itself, it still showing the old version of the app.

downloading the new version of the App Store on ipad I have set up my new ipad and when trying to open the App Store I get a message 'The Apple Store app has been updated. Download the new version of the App Store'. There is an update button that you have to click, which takes you to the Apple website, but there is no option to update the App. There is a pop up at the top of the screen that shows that this App is currently installed, so when you click on that it takes you back to the screen noted above with the same message: 'The Apple Store app has been updated. Download the new version of the App Store'. I cannot get out of this loop to update the App Store to download the apps needed on this new ipad (not being restored from a previous version). Thank you...

If your IT Team host compatible Enterprise Apps externally to the Apple App Store, you will need to seek assistance from the Team that centrally manage your iPad.
