Hi all, our Mac is set up for 3 people, one who is visually impaired. I have increase the the mouse pointer size on her page, but can’t find a way to do this on the log in page. Anyone out there know how to do this please???

AFAIK - until the OS is loaded and the Specific Account is logged into - sorry to say, I do not think this is possible.
That type of setting is governed by the OS and specific preferences of the Account but only once the account is Active.
Perhaps a more Learned Contributor(s) has more insights and will pickup your question.
