AirPods pro

I bought a used AirPods pro . But it is still connected to its previous user apple id. When ever I connect it to my device a pop up mes from find my app , it says the device owner can see my location. But I can’t stop it. Can i able to unpair it from previous user apple id and connect it to my apple id ?

Removing devices from Find My account My son at some point connected his friends airpods to his apple ID or his phone or something. Now I cannot remove them from his profile.. I see the devices listed when I open “find my” app.. the screen shots show they will be removed until the devices next connect to the internet…so nothing changes when I delete these two airpods.
