Deleting backup Photo Library

For some reason I have copied Photo Library to the HD of Time Capsule but want to delete it. It looks like I have to delete all the folders and files almost individually as I am told it could not be completed because some files had to be skipped!

This is the message:

"The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure “Locked” is deselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again".

This would take weeks!

Is there a quick way of doing this?

How are you trying to delete the Photos Library on the Time Machine volume? Are you using the Finder or or the Photos.app? Photos cannot work with a library on a Time Machine volume, as Time Machine adds special protections to the volume. Can you drag the Photos Library to the Trash bin?

I'm using Finder. Despite the screen message, if I delete the contents of a folder individually it works. There is no apparent "lock" on any files, but I have to do it at the lowest level for it to work, and there are years of folders!

Just tried dragging it to Trash but same message
