Hello, how long does the refund process usually take? Because my status claim already shows that my refund request was accepted, but the money still does not add up to the amount I refund in my bank account. Thankyou

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

You might want to take this with a pinch of salt, but my advice would be to look for a refund on your next bank statement, and if it’s not there, then call support.

Again, not saying this is good advice, this is just what I did for a product I needed to have refunded when I was under similar circumstances, it may not work for you.
