Thank you very much for your suggestion. Yesterday, I worked with Apple Support on this issue. They ran assorted diagnostics, screen shared with my permission, then captured information and forwarded it to the Apple Engineers for review and recommendations. I am using the latest version of Catalina and latest security update. The focus is now on iCloud Keychain. As soon as I receive suggestions or a solution, I will post. Thanks again.
