Fan noise interferes with earphones microphone

I have the same issue as described by another Macbook Pro user. I use the Apple wired earphones but the mic still picks up the fan noise and people on the video calls with me say my voice sounds like it comes from a far tunnel and with a lot of static noises. It happens when I use Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, etc. I don't have the same issues when I use Apple airpods/airpod Pro. Is there anyway to fix this?

static internal mic I have the MacBook Pro 2020 Base model (256gb SSD, 8gb RAM, i5-8257U) and i have been having an issue with my internal mic, when it is used on discord, after around half an hour the internal mic starts to get so bad with a static noise that my friends would rather i was muted because they can barely hear what i am saying. A few things temporarily help like plugging in my Blue Yeti mic and switching for a second then switching back to internal, or leaving the call and rejoining but this fix lasts around 20 mins at max and doesn't work all the time. You might say why dont i use the blue yeti, but i only have 2 USB-C ports and one is for my mouse the other I use to charge my mac as the battery doesnt last very long when i am gaming. I could also buy an adapter with USB-C and USB for my Yeti but is there any fix for the static on the internal mic? I have the latest versions of Windows and MacOS. Thanks

Crackling bluetooth microphone since updating to Monterey I have the same issue as well since latest Monterey upgrade but completely with apple products. It is crackling sound with airpods/airpod pro both in airpod speaker and microphone. If reverting to macbook own speakers and microphone, then no issue. It is a real pity for MSteams meetings.

Input volume too low on third party apps? (Macbook pro retina 2015) I keep hearing from other people that my voice is too low unless I speak directly to my inline earphone mic. The problem does not seem to be with the headset mic, because I can hear myself perfectly on video/audio recordings and when using the earphone with my headset to do calls. The input volume seems to go much lower when I am doing video calls or audio calls on my macbook.
