Me facing a problem battery is not genuine. Using I phone in Pakistan and able to call apple service centre also due to call cost so please how I finish battery health issue ?

We honestly don't need a selfie to offer advice. If the battery in your phone was replaced by ANYONE other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), you don't have an authentic battery in your phone and Battery Health won't ever show again.
