I can't see who my emails are from
After updating my MacBook Pro to macOS Monterey, version 12.0.1, I can't see who my emails are from in Apple email. I just has a bunch of ??????s in the from line.

Yes, I just figured it out as well - at least it helped.
I opened Font Book - File - Restore Standard Fonts.
Then restart Mail and it worked.
