I want to cancel my ITV hub prescription immediately but can’t seem to do it

You can learn how to cancel a subscription here: How to cancel a subscription from Apple. Keep in mind, "If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date." You can keep using it because you've already paid for the subscription until the next renewal date. If you need to end you're subscription immediately, Contact Official Apple Support.
