MagSafe case damaged battery?

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 Pro and ever since I bought it I have loved the battery life. I would be able to go 2 days without charging which is impressive because I am on my phone a lot. Recently, I bought a MagSafe case from Casetify. Ever since I put it on, I now have to charge my phone around supper time every day because it dies so fast. I took of the case hoping the magnet was maybe causing the problem. It is still dying fast and I am worried the MagSafe magnet in the case somehow damaged my battery. Can anyone help or provide an explanation?

Hi OMac6,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

From your post, we understand that the battery life is shorter than expected on your iPhone after using a MagSafe case. . Having your battery last as long as possible is important. We would be happy to help point you towards a resolution. Did you recently update? If so, your iPhone usually needs to reindex its system files after an update, which may take a bit extra battery.
