Apple watch water damage
Whats happens if my apple watch s6 get water damage after a year that i bought it and i don't have apple care. Do they replace it for free or do they even offer the repair for money?

Even if it was within warranty, the standard apple one year warranty wouldn't cover water damage. Apple does offer an Out of Warranty replacement option for a fee.
