15.1 update / iPhone 11 / address bar at bottom of screen

Good evening. How do I put my address bar back at the top of my screen where it where belongs before I loaded the 15.1 update?

I believe you can change this back by going to Settings > Safari, scroll down to Tabs section.. select Single Tab

I have an iPad Pro 11 with iPadOS 15.1, and on Tabs, I see Separate Tab bar, and that has the address bar at the top of the screen.

I have an IPad Pro 10.5 inch with IOS 15.1 and it is not showing the option for “Single Tab”. Is that for phones only? Thanks for any help. I really do not like the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
