Forgotten password to iPhone 5C

I have disabled iPhone 5C and I forgot the password for it. However I’m still logged on it to my Apple ID. Is there any chance to get my data back, because i have not done any backup (It’ 3 years since I last used it). It has been bought from secondhand, so I don’t have the original receipt. Is Apple ID enough to prove my ownership, and somehow get the data?

I forget password iphone device but I have Apple ID password, how could recovery without lost information without backup? I have last password, but the new one has fogotten, I have iphone 13, some advice trying to keep information there?

I sold my iPhone 5c, but need to tell the new owner how to access the phone. I forgot the password. I need to recover my forgotten password on my iPhone 5c. I have removed it from my apple account.
