Incorrect display of the "Name" and "father's name" fields for Russian-speaking users

In the "Contacts" application, the "Surname", "First name", "father's name" fields are displayed in the correct sequence, but when editing a contact card, the sequence changes and the "father's name" field is displayed first, and only then "First name". This is not correct for Russian speaking users. How to fix?
