Refund of in app purchases

I bought some in app purchases in a game Using a debit card but i couldn't access those in the game so i asked for a refund . I got an email saying credit note and that the amount has been refunded but it hasnt been added to my debit card? Why is that i got the email on 7 nov itself and still havent received the refund although on the appstore in the purchase history it shows refunded

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
