I cannot send an SMS text on the iphone 13. I've spoken to Apple and my carrier and so far they can't fix it. Has anyone else found a cure for this? Thanks.

Call your phone carrier back and speak to someone higher up, SMS is their feature.

I have had problems sending texts to long time friends and family, including to myself. I use this I need access to information fast.

Anyway I went into an AT&T store twice. Last Friday they tried fixing yet again but said there was something wrong with the phone and I could use my insurance and get a new phone because they could make my iPhone 11 work. So I did. I am still unable to send certain texts and I also am unable to send texts to those same people on my iPad 12.
