I have an AirPods mine2, for some reason my right air-pod is not working. Please help, when I put ear pod back in charging case it does not acknowledge the air-pod. The indicator light does not come on green like I put the left one in.

This is the first time I have seen BLACK AirPods. I may be barking up the wrong tree but this makes me suspect either you have painted the devices, or they are not a genuine Apple product.
If you have done a custom paint job make sure the charging contacts on the stem and in the case are not contaminated, because paint is non-conductive. Hopefully this is the problem and you can fix it, because it looks like the paint has defaced the serial numbers and there will be no support from Apple Service.
If they are not genuine Apple AirPods you are on your own.
