144 GB of "other" storage being used

Hi,

I've got a problem with my storage: I noticed that I don't have much storage left and when I checked what all my stroage is being used for I stumbled upon 144GB worth of "Other" (see screenshot)

Does anybody know what exactly that could be, and how I can get rid of that?
