I bought a phone from someone and they moved out of state so I have no way of contacting them , however, the iphone I purchased is locked and I have no real way of fixing the issue because I am unable to contact the original owner
I purchased a iPhone from someone that has since moved and I have no way of getting in contact with them I have been attempting setting up and activating the phone but cannot get passed the screen that says enter your apple id and / or password because they never unlocked the phone and I didn't know until it was already to late.
