I put Monterey on my iMac. Now I cannot read the toolbar screen as the print is too small. Im told to go to Display in preferences but I cannot find Display listed in preferences. All the print is TOO SMALL

Once you can see Displays in System Preferences click on it and choose Scaled, it is there you can change how big the toolbar will show.

To change in Monterey go to Monterey preferences and find display. It gives warning that by changing the font size Monterey May run slower. Wish
I had not allowed it to install.
