Not connected

I get a message “Your Apple TV isn’t connected to the network” and instructions to go to settings ….

I go to settings and click on it and the same message comes up about no connection. I can’t even get to the submenu under settings. I have reset the Apple box but that didn’t help.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support


Try restarting your router too.
