Can I read blocked texts after blocking them like an android can?

I am unable to understand what exactly you mean by reading a blocked text.

If you have blocked messages for contact then the messages don't arrive in your message app. So there is no question of reading it.

If you are referring to messages received earlier to blocking, yes those messages can be read anytime unless you have deleted them.
