MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) - Monterey

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) but cannot upgrade to Monterey although the Apple listings say I can. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6
