i just bought a new iPhone 13 pro max. Wanted to check, if this one is new or used

If you bought it from Apple official channels (Apple online shop, Apple phisycal store, Apple Authorized Reseller) it is genuine for sure.

Shouldn't be this case, check its serial number here:--> Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
