I do not want to buy any thing on apple or I tunes. My granddaughter has been buying them . Please close this account. Thank You , Charlene

We are all Apple users. like yourself, in this community,

so we have no access to your account.


Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.


You could close your Apple ID account if you wish,

although your Apple ID and Apple ID password is necessary for your access to FaceTime and iMessage etc. !

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

or


If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID

As indicated in a previous post you can certainly delete your account or remove payment methods but that may severely limit your use of the phone and your access to services from Apple that require the presence of a payment method.
