Ads interference
I’m having an issue with Google interfering when I’m playing with my games in my apps. How Do I get rid of googles ads?

You can’t. Some games have a “premium” paid mode that suppresses ads. And if the games are not multiplayer you can put the phone into Airplane mode when playing, with Wi-Fi off. Or turn off Cellular Data for the specific game app, then just turn off Wi-Fi.
