How do I check to see if I have iCloud plus on my phone

If you have purchase iCloud storage the you have iCloud+. If you are still only using the 5GB of free storage that Apple gives, then you are not using iCloud+.
You can see this in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Storage>iCloud+.
