I bought an off brand watch band for my apple watch. Have used it for over a year changing them often. I can't get the metal part that slides into the watch out of one side of the watch. It won't budge. Can I Send it back to apple for repair? I have the insurance on my watch

If you have an Apple Store near you, stop by there and see if they can remove the band. Best Buy is also an Apple Authorized Service Provider, so if you don't have an Apple Store, but you are near a Best Buy store, they may be able to help you as well.
